I value integrity, resilience, and doing a job that helps other people. Coming from a background in music education, my philosophy was to teach students to be comfortable being creative, to be brave performers, and to learn and grow from every success and every mistake. I believe this philosophy holds true across all fields: I'm here to be creative and enable creativity in others, I want to be bold and energetic towards the task at hand, And I never stop reflecting on the job I've done and how I can do it better (or easier) the next time.
